Nyhléns Hugosons

R.Automatic integrerar ytterligare en Picker Cell i Nyhléns Hugosons produktion. Efter att vår 360 flexipicker gått i produktionen en tid väljer nu Hugoson att gå vidare i sitt effektiviseringsarbete genom investering i

en till Pick and Place cell. Nu för tyngre livsmedelsprodukter.

Det är med stor entusiasm vi påbörjar arbetet med utvecklingen av en ny kompakt, snabb standardiserad PoP Cell baserad på den helt nya IRB2600 roboten. Roboten integreras väggmonterad i ett rostfritt stativ. Hanteringsvikten är på imponerande 20kg.

Detta ger picker cellen kapacitet att hantera t.ex. julskinkor parvis.

Verktygväxling integreras vilket ger möjligheter att hantera en stor varietet av produkter.
