Nytt Styrsystem

R.Automatic levererar styrning till en plåtbockmaskin som Tooltech i Töre har konstruerat till Gestamp Hardtechs bildelsfabrik i Louny i Tjeckien.
Styrningen är semiautomatisk i den mån att operatören laddar ämnen manuellt, går ur cellen, kvitterar säkerheten och trycker på start. Därefter tar PLC’n, som är en Siemens S7 1200, över.
Koden är skriven i S7 TIA v14.
Operatören kan sedan övervaka processen i en liten, men tydlig HMI-skärm. Bilden är ett utkast till en HMI-sida för manuell hantering.
R.Automatic har sedan tidigare levererat styrsystem till 5 liknade maskiner i samma fabrik.
