Vi levererar ett nytt system för positionering av Y och X axeln till en av SLP’s kantpressar. Systemet ersätter den gamla styrningen av pressen. En ny PLC från Beckhoff implementeras för axelstyrning. PLC är anpassad för att sköta samtliga funktioner i maskinen.

Hanteringen är användarvänlig  enkelt via en tydlig HMI panel med touch funktion. Panelen monteras på en portabel handenhet som operatören kan flytta runt till valfri plats. Inställda bockdata kan lagras som recept med valfritt namn (t.ex. produktbenämning eller typ). På så vis kan operatör senare enkelt kalla fram samma inställning då en likadan bock skall utföras igen. Uppgraderingen förbereder även maskinen för drift förhållande med högre automationsgrad eller robotbetjäning.
